48-year-old man reported theft under $300 on the 100 block of North Lynn Street on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a police report, the man had an electric stove and gas dryer sitting on his front lawn for two months before someone removed it from his property without permission.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
