Remember JV & Elvis and their racist radio show? Well, they got canned. Good riddance.
Let’s look at video of two very different rallies outside of CBS HQ before the deejays’ dismissal. The first one is a large group of Asians calling for their immediate firing. It’s pretty calm and well-organised, from what I can tell. Maybe even kinda boring, except for the fact that you don’t often see groups of Asian Americans protesting like that.
The second one is a tiny but vocal “free speech rally” in support of JV & Elvis—you might want to turn down the volume on your ‘puter before firing up that one. And apparently “free speech” includes spitting on some black passerby who happens to disagree with you. Niiiiice.

At least there won’t be any prank phone calls to Chinese resturaunts any more.
Some1 needs to do something radical. We let these people into our country so then can ruin the things we love? Something is a little fucked up about that…

Wingnut-Americans have a real problem. There’s no group more ultimately useless to capitalism and empire than stupid bigots. Terrorism can keep them going for a while, but eventually they’re going to be confined to increasingly small and undesirable areas, with marginal economic prospects, as the changing demographics of this country makes pandering to them less and less useful. By 2050, whites overall will be a minority and the wingnut bloc, already an embarrassment to the suburban types, will have to learn to get along.
