BAIT

Each item was purchased, taken home, and photographed immediately. Nothing was tampered with, run over by a car, or anything of the sort. It is an accurate representation in every case. Shiny, neon-orange, liquefied pump-cheese, and all.

I like how the whole page consists of this expose on advertising, framed on all sides by advertisements…

Ooh, the Big Mac on the left looks delicious. I saw them making one on CNN one morning and wanted one. I haven’t eaten beef (or any other land animal) since 2001! Damn pregnancy hormones!

But I resisted. I’m sure I would have been served the one on the right. And I’m sure I would have puked for three days.

When I was pregnant, I got sick to my stomach whenever I smelled beef cooking. And back then, I normally ate beef.
