    From the Alcatraz article “At Alcatraz, a prisoner had four rights: food, clothing, shelter, and medical care. Everything else was a privilege that had to be earned.”
    That’s the way EVERY prison should be run. They are living off of tax money and receiving more privileges than many people who have never committed a crime.
