TWITCHY ROBOT DOG ART

An artist being paid nearly £4,000 to build a pack of robotic dogs which will mimic the symptoms of cows dying from BSE was today branded “grossly insensitive” by an angry farming group.

France Cadet will programme the dogs so they can splay their legs, shake, and keel over — as if they were suffering from mad cow disease.
